Refund and Return Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email jmfibersindia@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, please use the returns process below.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please keep your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email jmfibersindia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm your return and tell you how to send the item back.

• Where our courier partner services your pincode, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
• Where reverse pickup is not available, we will ask you to courier the item to the address below and we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs on receipt of the item and the courier receipt.

Please do not send an item back before requesting a return, as we cannot track or process unannounced parcels.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Return shipping is always free in these cases.

Exceptions

The following cannot be returned:

• Items made to order, customised, or altered at your request.
• Items returned without original tags, or that have been worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged after delivery.
• Gift cards.

Discounted and promotional items are returnable on the same terms as full-price items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or design is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted. If you would prefer a direct size exchange, tell us when you request the return and we will arrange it subject to stock availability.

Refunds

We will inspect your return on arrival and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to credit the amount to your account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you nominate. We will ask you for these details after the return is approved.

Shipping charges you originally paid are refunded only where the return is due to our error, or where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, contact us at jmfibersindia@gmail.com.

Orders shipped outside India

Where an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights described above. The item must be returned in the condition described under "Condition of returned items".

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law in India.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how a return or refund has been handled, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at jmfibersindia@gmail.com or +91 90578 66866. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
