Where we ship

We currently ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Shipping charges

  • Orders of Rs. 1,499 and above: Free standard shipping.
  • Orders below Rs. 1,499: Rs. 90 standard shipping.

The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery: typically 4 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries may take longer during festive periods, sale events, or due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us at jmfibersindia@gmail.com.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply.

Failed or delayed delivery

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Title and risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
